You can write your name or anything else instead of AM or PM on your Computer Time display.
Follow the steps:
Open Control Panel
Double Click on icon "Regional and language Options"
Click on "Customize" on "Regional Option" Tab
Select "Time" Tab
Type any word in "AM symbol" and "PM symbol"
Click "Apply" and "ok"
Now you can see your desire word with Time.
